Oh, budgets. They’re never any fun. And when you work with a freelancer (or marketing firm), you might not know how much you’ll end up spending once the project is all said and done. After the “extras,” additional research time, or just standard complications, the final project cost hardly looks anything like the initial quote.

I believe marketing costs should be up-front and standardized. That’s why when you choose me for your copywriting projects, you’ll always know exactly how much to budget for the project. Everything I do is based on a flat fee or wordcount. You won’t have any surprises when that final invoice comes calling!

How it works

The copywriting process is easy-peasy. It takes just three steps to get incredible, high-quality, ready-to-post content for your marketing needs:

  1. Schedule a consultation – Hop on a quick phone or video call (your preference) to go over the basics about your business, branding, and topic(s). This helps me get a better idea of how to make the copy sound more like you, so you can stay consistent across channels. You’ll only have to do this step once. After I learn a bit about your business, you can request all the content you want based on the one consultation!
  2. Pick a topic – If you have a topic in mind, great! Just send it over, and I can get started. If not, I’m more than happy to suggest a few SEO topics for you to choose from. You can also send over any sources you want to include in your copy. For property listings, “sources” would include photos of the property, bulleted list of features you want to emphasize, and any other information you want to include about the property.
  3. Revisions – I’ll have the first draft of your project ready in about three business days. Although I aim for fully publishable right off the bat, I always like to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the product. I include one round of editing with all my rates.

Once the revisions (if any) are complete, your piece will be ready to post to whichever website you want! I typically work as a ghostwriter, so you’re even welcome to put your own name or brand on the content.
